Crazy Strong and Loving It for September 26, 2009

Hi ladies. I did Shoulders, Chest, Triceps Meso 2 Week 2 this morning and about 45 mins of Cardio Fusion. Just did the segments from BM2 and 5 of the drills. DH and I were supposed to run, but he decided around 9:30 last night that he was going to do this bike race this morning. :confused: I was annoyed. Tomorrow we'll go run. The sun is out at least so hopefully it'll be a good day!

Hey Heather, and everyone!

I kind of lapsed on my checking in here this week, due to the icky bug I had. It really didn't leave me until Friday. It was really dragging my mood down to be so sick for so long! I didn't do much for workouts, either. I physically couldn't!

I did do a Yoga Abs on tuesday (and then realized, I needed to STOP working out!). And then yesterday, when I felt better, I did a shortened version of LIC (1st two cycles, and then the last cycle was JUST the weights). I skipped the abs, did the stretch. Still not 100% with it, I was feeling wiped out at the end.

Today I did a shorty-but-goody: Turbo Jam's Cardio Party Remix. I did Ab Ripper 200 after. Just enough!

So, I'm going to re-start STS on Monday, since this week was a bust. :confused:

Good workout today, Heather!... Is this part of your rotation, to do Meso 2, Week 2? A random pick? Sorry your run didn't happen today. It is gorgeous running weather here this past week, and I was dying watching all the runners trot by my house. I'm def going next week!!

back to work for me tonight! Hope you all enjoy the weekend!
 
Chris - glad to hear you're finally feeling better at least. Today's workout is the beginning of week 8 (final week) of the rotation Patti and I put together.

Hi girls -

I'm guessing most of you will read this tomorrow! It's late and I've GOT to get to bed....
Yesterday I did CTX Leaner Legs. I hadn't done weights with legs for a while and I thought I'd be sore...hm....
Today I did KPC. DDs had soccer today and it was my mom's b-day. So after dinner and cake....I came home and did 30 min on the recumbent also.
I've got my meals ready for tomorrow, now I can go to bed!
Hope you get your run in tomorrow, Heather. And I'm glad you're about up to 100% Chris. Hope your shift goes well tonight.
