Hi ladies. I did Shoulders, Chest, Triceps Meso 2 Week 2 this morning and about 45 mins of Cardio Fusion. Just did the segments from BM2 and 5 of the drills. DH and I were supposed to run, but he decided around 9:30 last night that he was going to do this bike race this morning. I was annoyed. Tomorrow we'll go run. The sun is out at least so hopefully it'll be a good day!
