I took a rest day yesterday. I did do my back/core excerises yesterday.
Today I will do the TC.

Hi ladies. It looks like it's going to be another really pretty day here; it's just taking a long time to warm up. It's not 50 yet but supposed to hit upper 60s. I really should take advantage and run, but I hate just wasting time waiting for the temps to go up :confused: . It also gives me time to talk myself out of it! LOL.

Ok, back to post. Really just didn't feel like a run and didn't want to wait around until after noon for it to warm up. I went ahead and did my leg workout for the week instead - PLB. Instead of the floorwork I added some of the plyo exercises from the first disc of Meso 3.

The rain is supposed to move back in tomorrow so I think I am going to go to the gym and do some tempo drills rather than step. Step is really starting to aggravate my plantar fasciitis.

Hi girls,

I am done with CCPP on the TreadClimber. I traveled almost 4 miles and burned 800 cal. I needed that cal. burn, my eating wasn’t good yesterday. Eat like a crazy person, couldn’t get full all day long. Weird!

Today is going to be am and pm yoga for beginners. Then just going to watch some football.

Rest day for me yesterday, rest day for me today.

Work was busy but ok. Except I found out it's true, I'll be losing my weekend bonus money starting the first of the year. Which is a substantial amount, and I'm freaked out. Crap! Other crappy thing is, I have to go to the meeting our supervisor put together tomorrow afternoon, meaning I get to come home from work, sleep 2-3 hours, and go back in for her to tell me what has been runnign rampant through the hospital all weekend. :mad:

I'm at a loss as to what to do with my font size!! :confused:

Roxie: Yay for Bud Light LIme! I would so drink one if I didn't have to go back to the hell hole in a few hours!!! Wasn't it a nice relaxer?

Chris-actually no it gave me a headache and I couldn't sleep. Good Luck tomarrow and that does suck sorry for you.
 
Hi girls!

I have to make this a quick check in since the kitchen is torn up and I need to get it put back together after replacing a section of floor and installing new dishwasher, or I should say hubby is.. :p:p I still have to make sure it gets done.


Here's today's workout:

Ab Circuits Yoga and Stretch Max segment one= 15 Min
Calories burned= 87

Stretch Max= 21 Min
Calories burned= 72

That's it for me today. I have to crack the whip and make sure my kitchen gets put back together. LOL!! I'm praying it does.:p

Nora, hope you got your kitchen back together. It drives me nuts, when my kitchen is a mass. Nice job with your stretch workouts.
