Oh man, I'm whipped. Just so you know Jillian Michaels is a tough cookie on her workouts!
here's what I did today:
Jillian Michaels iFit Lose Weight iFit card Level 2, Week 5, Program 1 = 45 min
Distance= 3.15 Miles
Calories burned= 571
This workout is tough and fun. Jillian makes you feel like she's killing you like one of her people on the Biggest Loser in their last chance workout, LOL!! This workout I used my Treadmil that has a incline that I can adjust from 0 to 12% which is a lot and the speed is always adjustable. She takes you from warm up to cool down using all the options on the treadmil and you'll be a sweaty mess when your done, trust me. Good stuff!
my Bpm's were in the 80-87% of my max heart rate the entire time with the exception of the warm up and cool down. So, I think that's pretty good.
I survived Jillians workout today!

now my right foot with plantar facitis is not, but its manageable and won't keep me from working out.
Core Cuts w/Rob Glick & Kimberly Spreen-Standing Medicine Ball Abs= 12 min
Calories burned= 74
This was a tons of fun and man, does it work your abs! Wow!! I'm so glad I got this new ab work dvd with six workouts on it and variety just to mix things up a bit because I do like to do ab work.
