Good morning,

I have a massage appointment this morning. I will do my full body workout later.

Happy Friday!! I managed to drag my butt out of bed and do one of the premixes from SB + SJP abs. I'm leaving work early today and DH and I are going to eat lunch together and go to the museum. Needed to get the workout out of the way. I really like the abs from SJP. The planks were harder this morning as my Heathy Man (4-legged son) kept wanting to give kisses and was walking around under me. Silly dog.

Tomorrow I plan on running and doing Disc 30 (shoulders, biceps, triceps). It's supposed to be in the low to mid 70's! LOVIN' IT!!

Belinda - enjoy that massage!

Nora - one of my dogs is terrified of thunder and lightening. He does better if we can open the back door for some reason. We call them thunder boomies around the house.
 
Good Morning,

Made the mistake of wearing my contacts to work yesterday and ended up coming home with a migraine and I had it all night long. Still have and now I am vomiting again. My legs today feel like Heathers did the other day Jillian has you run around and island at the beginning of her circuit 2 sessions at 5 min each well I haven't ran in years and you have to do it at her pace or this red line comes up telling you to hurry up I can't hardly sit down. Tonite I want to do the shoulder work I was suppose to do the other night plus cardio and some abs, then tomarrow I am going to have to make up the leg work and do bis and tris plus more abs.

Belinda-ah a massage wouldn't that be lovely.
 
Just got finished with DISC 15 from MESO 2, Back and Biceps. WOW! :eek: my biceps are really feeling it!They're tight NOW as I type!

Kind of busy today, will get back later for personals!

I am finally done with my workout. I almost talked myself out of working out, I had no energy today. So I decided to do an easy workout, I pulled out Total Body Sculpting! Well, it wasn’t that easy. I had the crazy idea, to do each set 3 times. My UB wasn’t so happy with that, lol! I used 10’s and 8’s, my UB was on fire. I tried to go up in weight, but the beat is to fast, so I dropped the weight. Great workout!

I will shower and eat some dinner (yes, it’s that time), after that I will be back!

BTW, still going strong with my clean eating. Day 2!

Roxie - have fun with shoulders tonight and rest those legs! Especially if you're doing legs tomorrow :eek:

Chris - I love that tight feeling in my biceps. I know I got 'em good. Just keep stretching them out today.

Belinda: You are too funny! Making an "easier" workout tougher!!!

Heather: WTG on SB & Abs today! I know it's usually your "rest" day, so you put a lot of effort into it. Hope you enjoyed lunch and the museum with DH, sounds heavenly, as does your 70 degree weather for running!!... Yes, the biceps were feeling very nice today! Too bad I can't show them off in my 2 layers, long sleeved sweater, and fleece lined hoodie!!! LOL!

Nora: Your poor doggie! I can only imagine. I love his name though. We used to have a bull terrier (spuds mackenzie dog) that was named, "Fader" (nickname for Faith), and everyone called her "Vader".. LOL! Plyo Legs is insane, but fun insane!! You really push it even when you aren't feeling your best! good job!

Roxie: ((hugs)) on the migraine. I feel for ya. I think you should just go to bed and sleep!!!

Oh man, I'm whipped. Just so you know Jillian Michaels is a tough cookie on her workouts!

here's what I did today:

Jillian Michaels iFit Lose Weight iFit card Level 2, Week 5, Program 1 = 45 min
Distance= 3.15 Miles
Calories burned= 571

This workout is tough and fun. Jillian makes you feel like she's killing you like one of her people on the Biggest Loser in their last chance workout, LOL!! This workout I used my Treadmil that has a incline that I can adjust from 0 to 12% which is a lot and the speed is always adjustable. She takes you from warm up to cool down using all the options on the treadmil and you'll be a sweaty mess when your done, trust me. Good stuff!
my Bpm's were in the 80-87% of my max heart rate the entire time with the exception of the warm up and cool down. So, I think that's pretty good.
I survived Jillians workout today!:eek: now my right foot with plantar facitis is not, but its manageable and won't keep me from working out.

Core Cuts w/Rob Glick & Kimberly Spreen-Standing Medicine Ball Abs= 12 min
Calories burned= 74
This was a tons of fun and man, does it work your abs! Wow!! I'm so glad I got this new ab work dvd with six workouts on it and variety just to mix things up a bit because I do like to do ab work.

Girls- I read that some of you aren't feeling too great, I'm sorry. Please take care of yourself and get lots of rest. The rest of you amazing and WTG on Friday's workouts!! Seeya all at tomorrow's check in.
