I will take a rest day today.;) I do have to work my abs today!

Hi everyone!

Hope you are all having a good weekend and taking care of yourselves. Sounds like a little R&R is needed for some of our aches and pains.
We got home Friday night about midnight. Yesterday was my birthday, so we took the kids over to my mom's, played some games, then went to the movies by ourselves. Had a lovely day.
Before that I got a great workout in. I did Disc 19, Chest/Sh/Tri. I'm having some chest DOMS today! I also followed that up with the original IMAX. I needed a good calorie burn! I ran out of time for abs, so I'll do that today with some cardio.
I'll check back later....
 
I went ahead and did legs (disc 17) today and abs from KPC. I have a migraine coming on, not sure I got my Imitrex down fast enough. About to go sit on the couch and keep my fingers crossed. Stinks b/c I have so much I need to get done today.

Today I did a Netflix - Tracey's High Intensity Kickbox Challenge. It was not good. The kickboxing was only about 30 min. The rest was .... other stuff. I skipped around and did the non-weighted or light weighted stuff and core. But was really disappointed overall with this workout. After over an hour and only about 300 calories, I was just not happy. I tacked on medicine ball abs from AbCircuits and called it a day.
Good thing I can always work out tomorrow!
