Hallo,

I ended up doing iTread run intervals Set 24, 60 min. on the TC! I traveled 3.80 miles. Burned 790 cal. This one was a sweaty mess! This is it for me today. I will take the dogs for a walk and I still have to do my back/core exercises!

I can't believe I am up this early on my day off. I just did Hip Hop Abs Last Minute abs and then I am going to do Jillian Michaels wii game and then some time today I want to do LM step only and SJP abs.

Belinda-great workout.
 
Debbie-I know you are on a rest week but I am hoping you see this question today. You have on your Dec rotation Monday I am suppose to do 4ds Back and Bis and then again on Sat. you have GS Back and Bis and I know you did that because it was christmas time so what do you suggest I change things around and add in back the next week? Thank You for your time.
 
Well I couldn't get the wii to work so I did LM and SJP abs

356 cals burned. Electricity went out in the beginning so had to start it all over.

Apparently the rains of "Ida" are here today. It seems it rains most Saturdays here lately. It sucks delivering papers in the rain!

I will do some kind of cardio, depending on what kind of time I have. It won't be Step (I don't want to aggravate my calf), so I think will probably do Turbo Kick Round 32 for the first time!

Kathy: Woo HOO! On finishing MESO 2! I can't believe time is flying with STS this time. I think I'm enjoying it more the 2nd time around, how about you? I have just a little DOMS in my biceps and back. they never seem to get REALLY sore , like my chest and lower body do.

Having to nag at Zach to get underway with these papers. I hate being the mom sometimes!
 
Hi ladies. I am doing disc 15 today - chest, shoulders, triceps. Holy crap on the amount of presses and flys!! I'm procrastinating even getting started. I plan on either running or doing SB.

DH is going camping and my sis is coming up to stay the night. Also having a few girlfriends over so I have a lot of cleaning to get done today as well.

Roxie - good job getting up early and getting the workout out of the way. Now you can just enjoy your Saturday!

Belinda - can you share some of your calorie burn with me please??? LOL
 
I realized that it was Disc 19 not 15. She does double wave loading. Ugh. I thought the workout was never ever going to end. I ended up doing Imax 2. I just couldn't get motivated for a run. Now I'm about to go run some errands then finish straightening up the house.

I'm not worthy after looking at the rest of your workouts for today, but hey, I tried and its Saturday:p;)
