I wore my Beachbody weighted gloves that way .75 lbs each. That's the first time I've done TF with those on.

Good Evening,

Tonite I took our dog for a walk the first time I have ever taken him he hasn't been on a walk in months so his tongue is hanging out pretty good. It hit 96 degrees today and its pretty humid it was 90 for our walk.
