Oh man, the GS's sure know how to give the Doms, eh? Well, I still have DOMS from GS 's Chest and Tri's the other day. I usually don't get DOMS in my legs. I did enjoy this GS Legs its really intense and hits all the muscles in the legs, I love it!

Roxie- I'm happy to hear that your feeling better and that what you figured out about your medicine situation did help. That's such great news, and that you had a good night's rest, it truly can make all the difference. Keep feeling better kiddo!
Chris- the things you pointed out about MMA: Fusion and the exact things that bug me too! I try do to those parts but get so upset with myself that I can't even come close to doing those either,Ugh! The rest of it I really enjoy and have a great time doing. I'm glad your still feeling challenging and enjoying week 3 of Cathe's March Rotation 2010. If your legs are a little tight from the other day maybe a nice stretch would help. Take care and keep on with the killer workouts, girl!

Heather- Thanks for the compliments on my workouts. I always try so hard to do good and improve. I feel better this week adding in the running it seems to be helping me, not sure why but hey if it ain't broke, don't fix it I always say.
jsutera/Jessica- I agree with you about hating to get weighed. I hate that and getting my picture taken, ugh gives me the willies. It always depresses me so much that jumping off a tall building seems resonable. Yeah, I hate to get weighed or get photographed and really won't allow my picture to be posted. Take it easy on the knee. I have problems with my knees in that I have to be careful about tendon damage. I've had a slight tear in the miniscus tendons in both knees and just now having them feel much better. I do find that wearing Ace bandage sleeve knee braces do help support my knees better when I workout don't feel injured. I also discovered the joy of Nike Shox and how they have taken away low back pain and knee issues for me working out or walking around. Now, I'm a huge fan of Nike Shox. So, maybe that might be something for you to look into. Take care of your knees.
