Good morning,

I will do cardio today.

I will be back to report my workout.

Today was a total body workout and I chose High Reps. WOW! It was tough and I loved every minute of it. Every muscle in my body was shaking when I got done. Cool exercises and just tons of reps, different rep counts, etc. I went really light (although you can't really go heavy with these kinds of workouts) and was really careful about my shoulder. My traps are still hurting, too. I can't help but wonder if it's my motorcycle. I think the handle bars are too far away from me. I'll have to have my dh adjust those for me. Did I tell you all I got a new motorcycle?

Anyways, loved this workout. Can't wait to do it again! I'm already sore! I sweated my @ss off, too!
 
Good Morning,

Didn't get a workout in DH an I went to get stuff for our trip next week. Tonite is KCMs Split Sessions Upper Body an then its suppose to be the last nice evening before it gets really hot an humid so I will take the dog for a walk depending on how tired I am only got 2 hours of sleep DH wouldn't stop snoring.

Debbie-sounds like you got a good workout. I workout 6 days a week do cardio other days high intensity walking an kickboxing.
 
Belinda - You can do a third day of total body, I was actually going to do that but I like taking Saturday and Sundays off in the summer.

Roxie - Your plan should be fine. You won't build but that should keep your body toned and your metabolism up.

Chris - Yes, I am excited about this plan. We'll see how it goes...

Thank You Debbie not sure if I really want to build muscle just want that cut look in my arms an abs don't know if I could ever get my legs to get cut.
 
Debbie - Isn't HR a lot of fun, just love it. So happy you liked it:D That ab workout is a burner and yes, I am sweating my @ss off too. You gonna like STS Total Body too. Have you tried Instensity yet? One the other hand, I like your plan better than mine, taking the weekend off:p:eek::p Sunday I stepped on the scale for the first time leaving Germany:( I gained 4 lb:confused: I hope it's all water weight.....or my body needs to get used to the heat here...a girl can dream, right?:confused: Or maybe, I need to push the food away from my mouth:p

Roxie - how is your sunburn? I am still waiting for my KCM Burn dvd, it's at my DD's house in DC, she didn't had time to pick it up.

Belinda-underneath my bra straps and my scalp is alittle sore but the rest is ok. My arm muscles hurt from hanging on for dear life to the tube.
 
Belinda - I think I'm gonna try STS Total Body on Thursday. Wanna join me? Yes, I've tried Intensity and honestly, didn't like it all that much. I don't like all that high impact stuff. And high heat and humidity will make you hold water. Don't fret about the 4# too much. :) Oh, and I didn't do the abs. I will do them tomorrow after my run.

Hi!

Didn't sleep all that great (I think the nondrowsy Aleve-D did that to me), so I'm dragging a bit today. I did do TWO of my new workout series, workouts. It's called Peak Fit by Michelle Dozios and it's an 8 week rotation. Today I did the Fit Test. You do as many reps of you can of 10 moves in 1 minute with a minute rest in between. Some of the moves are Burpees, full body sit ups, Tuck Jumps, etc. That was about 30 minutes, and then i did the first cardio from the series, so I could catch up for this week. It was 45 minutes of cardio, working in waves of easy/moderate/intense , 8 times. I liked it! The fun factor isn't as great as Turbo Fire, but it was alright!

Belinda: I had a little bit of a headache this morning, but I used some peppermint oil, and mostly it's gone. My head just feels heavy/tired. I bet you're doing your cardio now!?!? What is it?

Debbie: That is so good to hear that you are excited about your rotation. You had me worried there when you were dreading everything about working out. Glad you found something!!!! I have done High Reps before, I can't remember it exactly, but i do remember it was tough!!! Great going! I did do STS Total Body last week. Also a WICKED good workout , which gave me WICKED DOMS!!

Roxie: Where are you going on vacation? Ours isn't until the end of July :( . Hope you get your workout in today!!! I took Buddy for a nice walk after supper last night. Partly inspired by you! :)

Nora: Nice job on CLX last night!!! Congrats on upping your weight!! How is your son behaving this week? I hope he's being nicer to you!!!!
 
Chris-we are going up to Valentine Nebraska to float down a river an ride bikes on the Cowboy Trail an then headed to South Dakota an see Mount Rushmore the Hot Springs an Crazy Horse. We have both been there separately but not together an air was 12 at the time so things have changed.
 
Back to report my workout: I did Supreme 90 Tabata Inferno, which by the way was intense!! I sweated my butt off.
 
Debbie - of course, I will join you, lol!! I do have to modify with Intensity, some days the high impact borders me and some day it doesn't.LOL, thanks for your kind words on the #4 lbs... OH, by the way, you will like the ab workout in HR, it's a burner.;)
 
Chris - join the club! I don't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep??? I was up all night too, not sure what this is all about...Let me know how you like Michelle Dozions workouts? Glad you feeling better and hope it stays that way.
 
Roxie - your vacation sounds lovely. I am up for one too with all that stress with selling the house. Don't forget to use sunscreen:eek:

I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday and have planned a great workout for today to enjoy. I will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Aero Jump/Sculpt C.T.B.S= 63 Min
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 688

Turbo Fire- Abs 10= 11 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 75

Total calories burned= 763 ;)

I had a great workout with Aero Jump/Sculpt C.T.B.S which is a boxing, jump rope workout which is fun. I can't use a jump rope in my small workout room so I just use the imaginary one which is great because I never mess up and always have mad jump roping skills, so I'm ok with that.:p TF Abs 10 is a nice short but effective ab workout which is nice to fit in the workout schedule.
