Hi girls!
I've had a rocky week with not feeling good and working out anyways. My knees are feeling like I've been impaled with a steel spike in each knee, so not fun. I've been feeling dizzy and a general lack of muscle control or balance like a puppet. I'm a fighter so despite all that I still worked out, now I've come to the conclusion that my knees are shot or this is an MS relapse of some sort. The funny thing is I was so careful while doing insanity to modify for my knees to be safe and felt fine no worries during that. I know, surprising, eh. I woke up monday after taking the day before off no working out and felt like this and haven't been able to shake it. Ok, so I worked out today and I will take the next few days or so off to rest up for the arrival of Turbo Fire that is on its way to me as we speak. I also ordered a couple of Michael Olajide Jr. boxing workouts because I love them since Cathe's MMA Boxing. I also ordered "The Pit" MMA workout, I can't wait. Yes, I'm that insane! LOL!!! I feel like this is the workout ordering season or something. I already pre ordered KCM's 2 new ones that she just filmed and those look fun too. I think I'm a fitness dvd addict!

I walked on the treadmill and started at 3 mph, and moved up to 4.5 mph with incline from 3% to 5%. My knees hurt far too much to even attempt running so I walked.
Distance= 1.34 Miles
Time= 23 Min
Calories burned= 236
GS- Chest & Triceps-Timesaver= 32 Min
Calories burned GS Chest & Tri's Timesaver CB= 262
Total calories burned= 823
Ok, girls I'll still check in but I think I need to take the next few days off to rest up for Turbo Fire! Have a great weekend.
