I am back!

Debbie, more prayers for your mom are coming! Hope your ankle is feeling better soon too!

On Tuesday I did P90X legs & back plus Ab ripper with my girlsfriend's husband. Had a lot of fun, today I am so sore:D DH and I just flew in from Atlanta, not sure if I will get a workout in today? I am so tired. Maybe I will feel better after a nap?

Now I have Insanity and P90X:p Not sure what rotation I will do on Monday? I also want to start STS again:confused: Can't decide what I will do?

I will try to catch up with personals and read what you all been up too the last week or so;) BBL!
 
Good Morning,

Well after 8 excedrin 2 tylenol and a tordal my headache is now down to a dull roar that I can control with tylenol. I didn't get a workout in last night just wasn't feeling well and I know I won't get one in tonite we are going to Olive Garden for our anniversary.

No workout for me this morning. Just couldn't get out of bed. Two reasons...1: it was raining outside (which is really a lame excuse since I workout inside) and 2: because I knew I could do it tonight. So I took the opportunity to lounge in bed for a little while...:cool:

So tonight is some form of cardio which will more than likely be a CC with sprints since I've been trying to incorporate them more. And CTX back. I think I'm going to keep on this CTX rotation for a couple more weeks and then switch it up. I'm really enjoying it.

Cardio & Weights- Abs Only= 8 min
Calories burned= 66

Total calories burned= 841:cool:


Belinda- Welcome back!! I hope you had a nice visit to the states despite the health issues. Well, now you have P90X and Insanity. Good stuff! I've completed both of them and really love having them in my fitness DVD Library. I recall seeing a rotation for Insanity and STS http://www.thecathenation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=272609 its by janiejoey. It looks good! You might have to check to see if there's others.

Roxie- Yuck a nasty headache, I'm sorry. I hope that the meds kicked in and your feeling better now. Take it easy. Happy Anniversary Roxie, have fun!

Melissa- Have a great workout this evening doing CC sprints and CTX Back, glad your having fun with CTX, there's a nice variety in it.

Debbie- I hope your ankle is mending well and that your mom is doing well from her surgery.

Hi ladies! SO late getting to the forums today! The day got away for me at work and then I had to rush out to go to Kick. WOW what a workout it was tonight too - I seriously visualized one of my clients from work that ROYALLY pissed me off today and had an unbelievable workout tonight. It was so worth every last drop of sweat. I was drenched, very much so. And DAMN I really need to wear my HR monitor to one of these classes so I can see how many calories I'm burning vs. just guestimating. It sure feels like a lot.

And Roxie - you'll be happy to know that there IS a good ab workout at the end of class so I got them in today. ;) And I'm even getting up earlier tomorrow to fit in abs after meso 1, disc 5 (back/tris), followed by HiiT 40/20 and then an ab circuit workout prob yoga abs). That's my plan anyway, wish me luck, i better get to bed huh??
