Hi girls,

I hope everyone is having a great Monday and fantastic workouts today! I finished Cathe's June '09 rotation Saturday. So, not sure what to do now that I'm finished with it. I just sort of winging it today.

Here's Today's Workout:


KCM Cardio Sculpt Fitness= 70 Min
Calories burned= 765
This was a fun cardio/wt circuit workout. Light weights are used two sets of 5 and 10lbs dumbells. This was fun and I was sweating buckets. I like this from KCM!

I'm not feeling well today, weak, fatigue, and little to no energy. It took me all day to bring myself to workout. I went for a circuit so I could get a little bit of everything.

I hope I'll have more energy and feel better tomorrow.
