I did workout yesterday and went to put it into the workout manager but it wouldn't let me do that or go into the forums. So, here's yesterday's workout:

Cardio Coach Vol.8 Instrumental Challenge 2= 19 Min approx
Calories burned=246
Distance=1.55 miles
Bpm's= at 78% to 83% of my Max Heart rate

Turbo Fire- Core 20 Class= 23 Min
MET=4.0
Calories burned= 126
This was awesome I have DOMS today because of it.:)

Turbo Fire- Stretch 10 Class= 13 Min
Calories burned= 35
MET= 2.0

Butts & Guts - Leg Blast Premix= 47 Min
Calories burned= 321
MET=5.0

Total calories burned= 728;)

This was a really tough workout and exhausting. I hope everyone had a great fourth of July. I'll be back later with today's workout and personals. Have a great day!

Good Afternoon,

Finally the forums are working. Tonite or sometime today will be CLX Push Phase 1 and some kind of abs. Rained all day yesterday and again this morning roof is starting to leak and DH left home this morning.

Belinda-can't wait to see pics of your son.

Nora-nice workout. If I had STS I wouldn't own CLX but my DH has sites that we can usually download beach body workouts free that is the only reason I have it.
 
Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a great 4th...

Both Saturday & Sunday were spent doing yardwork all.day.long. I slept like a baby both nights. I was able to get back to my rotation this morning with CCV1 and 4DS Biceps & Triceps. Had a great workout! Tomorrow I will double up with 4DS Shoulders & Legs so that will get me back on track.

Belinda - glad to hear you had a great 4th!!

Chris - I am tired just reading your workout from yesterday. YOU ROCK!! And you know, I never think to do CCV8 challenge 2 as a stand-alone workout. I always skip right over it and do challenge 1 & 3. I'm going to try that this week.

Roxie - sorry to hear that your roof is leaking...:confused:

Hi ladies - sorry for being MIA. Hope everyone has had a great weekend. Yesterday I did legs and MMA Kickboxing (1st 2 combos/intervals as I ran out of time). My mom came up for lunch with her new BF. Interesting...

Today I did chest and back and HIIT Pyramid. DH had to freaking work so I was sans spotter. That meant I had to go lighter than I would have liked, so the reps aren't consistent as I tried to make up for the lower weights with higher reps. I did the following as supersets.

SS#1
Incline dumbbell chest press - 1 x 10, 2 x 8
Pullovers - 2 x 8

SS#2
Incline chest flye - 3 x 8
Single-arm rows - 3 x 8

SS#3
Flat bench dumbbell chest press - 3 x 12
Underhand dumbbell rows - 3 x 8

My darn HR monitor died after about 3 minutes into the workout. Really stressed me out. I felt totally lost. I have no clue how long the workout was, what my HR was, or calories burned. :mad:
 
Heather, sorry to hear about your heart rate monitor dying on ya. AS to how many calories you burned etc... you could try using the workout manager, that's how I keep track of calories burned etc... I hope that info might help.

Single Arm Tricep Extension-10lbs/8 reps each arm.
V-Press Biceps-8lbs/8 reps
Single Leg Squat-15lbs/8 reps each leg.
Overhead Tricep Extension-12lbs/8 reps.
Hammer Bicep-10lbs/8 reps.
Heel Squat-15lbs/8reps.
Push-ups-8 on knees.

Stats:
32 min
18 in the zone
124 min hr
153 max hr
172 cals burned.

SJP Stats:
26 min
22 in the zone
142 min hr
164 max hr
174 cals burned.

I just finished my workout, Phew!!;)

Here's today's workout:

Turbo Fire - Fire 45 Class= 45 min
Calories burned= 553
MET= 9.0
Turbo Fire - Fire 45 Class was fun but I had trouble getting the moves all down. I think this was a blast, but this was my first time doing this one so I'm sure I'll get it down with more repetition.

STS,Disc1, M1, W1- Chest, Shoulders,& Biceps= 50 Min
Calories burned= 410 Approx.
MET Value= 6.0
OMG!! I feel so bad about what I can lift since my last round of STS I think my right side is weaker than last time. I think its because of my MS causing damage to the nerves that effect my right side inparticular my arm, hand, and leg on the right side. This is especially troubling because I'm right handed and right side dominant so this means I've lost some strength on the right side since I last did STS. This is a bit depressing but I'll just look at this as a good reason to do STS again to strengthen the right side.

Total calories burned= 963;)
