Hi and good morning,

I never got a workout in yesterday, unless shopping for 8 hours counts:p this morning DD and I went for a 3.5 mile run with all 3 dogs.

Hi Belinda and whoever else is around today!! :)

It's my usual "working" weekend, no holiday parties for me. Saves me calories! And I make time and 1/2 for tomorrow night, so , it's a win/win for me either way.

Today I did Peak Fit's Cardio Interval Burn. WICKED 60 minute workout! It's got some fun moves, and kickbutt moves. I didn't think I'd make it through the whole thing, but I kept pushing it and did, and OF COURSE felt great doing it!

Belinda: Sounds like quite a "busy" run you had!!!

This morning I did KCMs 30min Muscle Definition and then took the dog for a walk. It is hot and humid here today. Getting ready to leave for vacation have alot of packing to do.

I wasn't able to workout until this evening my muscles in my right leg were so tight it took that long to get them to relax enought to safely attempt workingout.

Here's today's workout:

Drill Max- Premix- Timesaver Cardio Blast= 39 Min
Met Value= 8.0
Calories burned= 426

Chalene Extreme- Extreme Core Circuit= 12 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 82

Chalean Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned= 805:cool:

Okay, that is it for me for this week, I'll be resting tomorrow. I'm super bushed after today's workout plus its been very warm where I am and that always zaps my energy with MS.
