Roxie congrats on your weight loss! I need to watch my diet, I ate way to much the last few day’s.

Bev I am in my 3rd week of Debbie’s June rotation. I am thinking doing it a little longer than 4 weeks?

Nora we all doing Debbie’s rotation, I love it! I need to burn some extra pounds! LOL! Awesome job on DM yesterday.

Debbie haven’t done Karen Voight's YogaSculpt in years! Glad you enjoyed it! Sounds like you having the same weather we having. It has been raining since Tuesday and cold! Summer is almost over. Glad your mom is doing better.
