Crazy Strong and Loving It for Jul 21, 2009

Back from the dr and she said she admired me she doesn't know alot of 40 year olds that workout like I do or log my food. She wants me to consistently stay at 1200 maybe alittle bit more and she gave me a script for phentermine that I haven't decided if I want to fill. My cholesterol is out of control again so she gave me a script for lipitor and then ambien to help me sleep she thinks that is my biggest problem not enough sleep.
 
Just finished LM and I am really starting to like this one.

Still need to do a stretch my body really needs one.
 
Ugh, did chest/back from 4DS (repeated rounds per rotation) and also did legs (4DS and floorwork from Legs/Glutes). I am soooo angry with myself after chest. I had worked up to 35 lb dumbbells for chest press by STS M3, I could freaking hoist up 25 today! I don't know if it was in part b/c the chest presses came so late in the game after repeating all the rounds for everything else before (though that sounds like an excuse). Just really frustrated with myself.

Roxie - if you like LM then you would also probably like the hi/low premix from Hardcore Challenge. It mixes 3 segments from LM with 7 (I think it's 7) from Imax 3 and then the drills or blasts (can't remember what they're called) from Kickmax. I usually do just the step and stop before the drills depending on time

Wow, you guys sure are inspiring with your workouts today. I'm so not worthy, but yet I keep on trying. Awesome job on todays workouts. I'm feeling a little better today, but MS fatigue and hot temps in weather do not play well together. Oh well, I'm learning to get used to it.
