I am taking a rest day today and boy do I need one:p

The weather is unseasonably cook here - only 72 right now. Would love to go run with hubby, but he's zonked out from his triathlon yesterday. Was supposed to take today as a rest day, but think I'll shift that around since I have plenty of time to get in a workout today. Still debating on cardio, but I am doing shoulders.

Good Morning,

Today is a rest day for me but I always do a stretch and I still need to do yoga abs. I plan on laying out in the sun again today since the weather is nice and I need to clean my car out.
 
Ok girls I need some help I am losing inches around my legs but my middle section isn't changing at all my abs and hips are not changing at all please help me with some suggestions on how to lose the fat in these areas.
 
Morning! I did Body Max but skipped the abs- wasn't in the mood for 1000 crunches- think I'll do BC core sections later.

Roxie: You can't spot reduce, unfortunately. I find that a line of chub around my belly button area that is the LAST to go and in order for it to leave, I have to eat super healthy all the time along with the regular workouts. Sorry I don't have an easier answer.

I ended up doing a premix from KPC and shoulders from 4DS per Debbie's Dec. rotation. They're definitely going to be sore.

Patti - I tried out your pancake recipe and added cinnamon and fresh blueberries - YUM. My hubby liked them as well. I was very impressed with how they turned out. Made way more than I expected too. Thank you!

Hi girls,

After thinking really hard all week long, I decided to do the STS rotation again (still haven’t decided if I want to do the 6 ½ month or 31/2 month rotation??). I downloaded my workouts in my workout manager; my weights are set up and ready to go. I am all excited; I hope I will make it through with no sinus problems. Yes, I do need surgery! Put if the doctors can not guarantee me, that this is it. I will not get another operation. I will not get under the knife, just for the fun. Right now, there are no guaranties the operation will work! WTH!

it was one she posted on a request for clean pancake recipes on the open discussion thread. It's super easy (even better).

1/2 cup each: cottage cheese, egg whites, oatmeal

Put in blender and blend add vanilla (I also added in cinnamon).
Cook like you would a regular pancake. It was soooo yummy!

Ok so much for a rest my DH wanted to go for a walk and he never wants to go for a walk well we went to the Konza Prairie Trail that I didn't even know we had and walked 5.69 miles. Now I really need that stretch.
