I am done with KPC Intermediate Intsity Drills + Combo 1 & 2! i wanted to do Intermediate + Combo 1+2+ High, but my DVD player jumpt to the other one:rolleyes: Oh, well! Still got a good workout!

Debbie, how is your mom doing?

I still have to do abs today! Off to enjoy the day! BBL!
 
Just a quick hello - I did STS Disc 7 - Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps. 233 calories burned. I think I may add on some yoga later tonight if I get a chance - but butt is feeling a little sore...
 
Hi everyone. I had every intention of getting up and running with DH this morning as it's the only time it's below 80 degrees. However, we had about 3 hours of serious storms in the wee hours and one of our dogs is terrified. Needless to say, no workout has been accomplished thus far. I was going to run this AM and do PLB this eve. At this point, I have no clue what I'll end up doing. May just do cardio only and legs tomorrow when I'm not so tired.

Today was total body and I dug out an oldie but goodie. I did Muscle Endurance. Had a BLAST with it! Used same weights Cathe did. I was burning on a lot of the exercises. She does three different segments of leg presses. I hate those but I know they do my glutes good! I had to skip the abs because I ran out of time. I'm going to have to start these workouts by 6:20 so I can get everything in. Been dragging my feet to get started lately. :rolleyes:

Heather - It was 57 degrees here in Ohio this morning. WTF????
 
Hey Everyone!!

Yesterday was my cardio day, I did HIS and then went for a 30 minute run. The weather is crazy here too. No summer dog days, it's been 70's, sunny and breezy... more like Autumn! Yes, Debbie, it was in the 40's here during the night!!! :eek:

Today I'm doing total body weight work: PUB/PLB Premix. Hopefully there's abs in this one, I'm due for them!..

Belinda: Good workout today! I know, sometimes I get thrown that way when workouts aren't what I planned. That happened once when I wanted to do a SJP premix, and it ended up on SB instead. Still worked though!

karen: are you back to STS rotation or is this Cathe's June rotation w/STS in it?

Nora: Hope your legs are feeling better today... I know you must have enjoyed that run yesterday in spite of the discomfort!

Tonite is MIC for me, I previewed it and I know I will probably take some breaks it is a pretty intense cardio workout. Great workouts everyone.
 
Morning! I finished Rhythmic Step just a bit ago. Not much else is going on here. GS chest and tris tomorrow- it's been forever since I did that one so I'm looking forward to it. Kids are at camp and I'm working. Beautiful day here.

I have to work, so sorry so short. I'll try to BBL.

M4: Spicy chicken salad on 1 slice Ezekiel bread; plum
M5: Honey Greek yogurt; kiwi
M6: Parmesan Tilapia; sauteed veggies
M7: Chocolate Protein pancake w/ 1 tbsp. Naturally More PB

1463.5 calories
49 g. fat - 30%
134 g. protein - 37%
130 g. carbs - 36%

Roxie: Oh MIC, yes, a few breaks indeed! that's a toughie, but a great sweat producer/calorie burner!!

Patti: RS is fun! did you start a new rotation?

Debbie: good eats! every time I see "Kiwi" , I think of our kitty, his name is Kiwi too! We just got him a Lion's Cut over the weekend. He really needed to be shaved, he had so many tangles in his long fur, so we thought we'd have some fun! here is OUR Kiwi!:

Debbie, I did ME Monday, loved it! I am glad I am not the only one that hates leg presses, lol! Glad your mom is doing better.

Chris, nice job with HIS and your run yesterday. The funny thing is, I had trouble with that premix before? I am not sure what’s wrong with it. Your cat is adorable!

It was still cloudy around 11:45 (about 80 degrees not including humidity of 79%) so DH and I ran during our lunch break. Just did 3 miles no record breaking speeds or anything. I feel much more awake now. I plan on doing PLB after work and a good long stretch.

I just finished MIC and let me tell you holy cow I thought I was going to die and I even had to stand and watch some moves went brain dead tonite I couldn't do simple moves. Here are my stats:

578 cals burned (I bet I would have burned over 600 if I had done all of it).
