Just finished Leaner Legs and I really don't like the ab section nothing but crunches and alot of deadlifts and squats.

Great job on all the workouts today!

Here's today's workout for me:

Cardio Coach Volume 1= 38 min (I walked a few minutes into the Coaches notes part)
Distance= 3.06 miles
Calories burned= 467

My right knee was not happy with me when I was done. It hurt. I had some weird numbness in my right thight too! Anymore any weird symptoms I just chalk up to the weirdness of MS.:p

Power Hour= 60 minutes
Calories burned= 498
