Hi and good morning ladies,

We got home late last night, woke up early this morning. We had a wonderful time. Ny son is flying back to the states today:(:( I miss him already! The 3 weeks went by so fast.

I will do legs and cardio today, but first i need to take a nap!

Hi Belinda! Get that nap in- you've been a busy girl lately.

I did Cardio Kicks and one of the premixes on Ab Hits this morning. It was fun, love those punching drills.

I forgot to post my workout, I did Leaner legs and abs today. I had no energy to do cardio, took the dogs for a walk!


Patti, I never got my nap in today. Couldn't sleep! I am getting very tired now, will go to bed soon.

Its the one you put in the microwave for 1min was 1/2 cup milk,1/2 water and 1 or 1/2 cup of oatmeal?
 
Oh, I use 1/2 C (quick cooking , out of the canister) oatmeal. 1/2 C milk, 1/2 C water and cook on high for 1 minute or until desired consistancy.

I put all kinds of things in it. Sometimes apple, cinnamon, flax seed. Sometimes strawberries, blueberries. Or banana and chocolate chips and a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup!

LOVE my oatmeal!

How's everyone's Sunday going? Great I hope.

Well, its gloomy looking right now in Oregon where I am. We're having some thunder no lightning yet.

Here's today's workout:

Low Max= 69 minutes of butt kicking low max phew!
Calories burned= 589

Its a sneaky one because you think its low intensity, no problem, easy. How soon we forget who's teaching this? LOL!! Yep, Cathe will get ya good on that one and yes you will feel your leg muscles (ALL OF THEM):D Great workout, I haven't done that one in a while. Its a keeper as are all of Cathe's
DVD's I own.
