Hallo girls,

Today I will do D9! I will continue with STS, I don't care if I gain any strenght/muscle, I just want to make it through once! I preordered STS and still didn't made it through once:(:( I promise, I will keep the weights light, I will also take lot's of breaks!

Debbie, I read you post from a few day's ago, you taught I wasn't eating enough cal! I do eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day, just couldn't eat much on those day's! Not sure why? Trust me, I love food! That day and the day before, for whatever reason, I felt very tired. I thought it was beause I haven't slept much, or like you and Heather tought wasn't eating enough. One thing I didn't mentioned my lips turned blue and they stayed blue until I left the hospital. My oxygen leavel was low in the hopital, but like I sad they couldn't find anything wrong with my heart/lungs! The American doctors are pushing it now, for me to go to Landstuhl (military hospital). I hope it's just something freaky that attact my body? I am so sorry, I worried you or anybody else! I do like the MMA KB ab workout, I felt that one for day's.

Roxie, nice job wiht your step wo yesterday.

Chris, love 4DS KB, so much fun and yes, it get you good! I promise, I will not push myself!

Hi ladies. I'm glad to report that I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning. LOL. I'm procrastinating at the moment, but am about to log off and go get my workout done. I think I am going to do HIIT 40/20. I think my legs just twitched when I typed that!!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I see sunshine today!!!

Good Morning,

Today I am going to start with TBS then do Yogini later. Friday Cathe posted that to lose belly fat you need to do 4-6 days of cardio and 2 total body workouts per week so I think I am might try that next month.

Belinda-glad to hear you are feeling better and I would love to see you finish STS even if you have to go light.

Heather-glad you are in a better mood today.

Hi girls~:)

Ok, I'm checking in early for me.

Here's today's workout:

Tracey Staehle's Cardio Kickbox Challenge= 61 Minutes
Calories burned= 583
I wore weighted 1lb gloves during this workout, this was a super fun workout and the time just flew!

Baron Bapitiste- Unlocking Athletic Power: Power Yoga= 30 Min
Calories burned= 123

Total calories burned= 706

Belinda- Hey there girlfriend! I'm so happy to see you checking in with us again, and glad that your feeling better. STS is awesome and I know you're enjoying it and determined to complete it. I think its a good idea as you mentioned to use lighter weights until you get the ok from the doc's. That's scary about the blue lips thing. I have Raynaud's phenomena where I'd have my right arm starting from the shoulder down to my fingertips would turn blue and have no pulse. That was the other freaky symptom I had that was an indicator of my auto immune system not working properly. I'd put my arm in the warmest water I could tolerate to warm up the ice cold arm and the color would be nice and pink like it should be. Then I'd remove my arm from the very warm water and dry off and it would be back to blue just that fast. The doctors actually told me it was all in my mind until it happened right in the doctor's office and he could not get a pulse out of that arm or blood pressure reading. He rushed me into see a cardio thoracic surgeon to see what he thought. He listened to the blood flow in my arm with a special device and could tell that the nerves inside the small to medium size veins telling them to constrict or expand as they would for different temps being warm or cold weren't functioning properly. When my arm turned blue it was the small veins and arteries only providing the blood supply and the other ones just seemed to constrict in effect clamping them off and turning my arm blue due to lack of blood circulation. Its rather revealing now as I'm going on 4 years now with Relapsing remitting form of Multiple Sclerosis because the right side of my body has been effected from it. Primarly my right hand and arm, right leg, right eye and balance on my right side. I'm right handed so this really messes with me. Exercise and my starting a MS therapy drug early has helped to slow down the progression of my disease and the exercise has improved my extremely originally weakened strength and balance. Its even helped with my mental outlook because I also have clinical depression. My Neurologist has told me that I'm the most physically active person he's had as a MS patient, everyone else is not so fortunate that he's seen as a doctor. He says for a person with MS that maintaining or improving mobility is key and those that don't engage in a workout routine tend not to do as well. So, I joked with him that its really a case of "Move it, or Lose it" he laughed and agreed. I'm fighting as best I can with moving it! I think its a more positive and proactive way to look at it. You keep up the good work and please follow doctors orders and feel better!;)

Heather- HiiT 40/20 is fun but man is it intense. I kept reminding myself that at least this is only for about 30 minutes, so I can do that I just have to hang in there. I sweat buckets and have to constantly catch my breathe, but I love an intense challenging workout I'm forced to engage 100% to get through it. I feel like a million bucks when I'm done like I just accomplished a huge feat. Its a lot of fun and always a great workout! Have a great HiiT workout and feel amazing!

Roxie- Hey! How are you doing? Yogini? I've heard the name but I don't recall who does that one? IS that Ellen Barrett? Yoga is so great for balance and stretching and also really helps to de-stress. Its a keeper and a great element to add to any workout rotation and just a nice way to treat your body after a long week so enjoy! Keep up the great work!;)

Ok girls, that it for me today! I just wanted to say hi and waves to Wendy, Debbie, and Chris I hope you all are enjoying your weekend.;):)

Hugs!;)

Nora

Did you guys read the OD that Belinda is back in the hospital???!! Really worried about her.

You guys are going to call me crazy nutso, but I did 40/20 then 30/30. In all, it was about 40 mins. It's so weird doing this new total body rotation, my legs are never completely sore, but just fatigued. I do have some DOMS going on with shoulders and back. Oddly excited about the back DOMS b/c I never get sore doing back work.

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great day. Hopefully we'll hear good news about Belinda (fingers crossed).
