I didn't see a thread started so I started one. I finished today's workout about 1pm but was not able to post it until now.

Calories burned= 262
Sumo Squats with Overhead Press #12 R12
Lunge with Calf Raise #25 R12
Squat with Lateral Raise #10 R12
Lunge with Frontal Press #15 R12
Squat with Calf Raise #20 R12
Sumo Squat with Delt Raises #10 R12
Squat with Double Overhead Press #15 R12
Lunge with Lateral Raise #15 R12 (Up 3 lbs from last week)
Sumo Squat with Calf Raise #20 R12
Turbo Fire- Fire 30 Class= 33 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 383
Turbo Fire- Abs 10= 10 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 68
Total calories burned= 713
I have two more days of working out with Chalene Extreme to complete to round out and finish Burn part of it. Then on to a new month of workouts with weights. I'm loving it so far. I hope everyone is doing great today and killin' their workouts.
