CRAZY STRONG AND LOVING IT FOR EASTER WEEKEND!

I never got a workout in yesterday, I was busy packing:confused: I did managed to walk the dogs in the evening. Woke up this morning with hip/back pain, don't know what this is all about?

Glad to see everyone back:eek: I know, you all gonna be busy this weekend, so I decited to post a weekend thread.

If my back/hip will feel better later today, I will do a KB workout! I will be back to report my workout.

Happy Easter weekend, everyone! Tomorrow DH and I will meet my sister for lunch, not far away from Grafenwoehr. On Monday (German holiday) my sis in Nuernberg having a BBQ in our honor:eek:

Today was total body. Had a pretty good workout.

2 sets/12 reps with 1 minute 30 second rest between each set.

Upright Row - 50#
Leg Press Station - 180#
Flat Barbell Press - 80#
Barbell Row - 65#
Overhead Extension - 35#
Stiff Leg Deads - 80#
 
Good Afternoon,

I have spent the entire morning cleaning my house I still have on more floor to go. I don't know if I will be able to get a workout in I still have to grocery shop and then start getting things ready for tomarrow. Everyone have a good Easter.

Hallo girls,

I just finsihed High Reps! OMG! The triceps wo is a killer! Even my abs burned, had to modify a few exerices. My back still hurts, took some pain killers, lol! I will do KPC (or another KB wo) tomorrow, was afraid to do it today with all that high impact.

Debbie - nice job on your total body workout today.

Roxie - I think you are right;) I was schlepping a lot of boxes around yesterday. Need to be more careful.

Busy weekend here. I'm having Easter dinner for my family, dinner for 13, tomorrow. And celebrating my mom's 87th Birthday!

So I've been cooking, cleaning, baking.

Yesterday was Meso 3, Disc 31, I believe. It was the last Meso 3 workout for Chest and Back. Holy mama! that was heavy and very challenging just jumping into 90% 1RMs!!!!

Today I did Turbo Fire HiiT 15 , Kickmax Standing Leg drills (ouch!), and then B&G Stabiity Ball Abs Bonus (LOVE!!! it)

Debbie: I was all excited reading you backrowed 65#'s, cuz I did 70!!! And then, I realized, I only did 6 reps, you did 12 ! :eek:

Belinda: YEP! High Reps triceps are INSANITY! Have a wonderful weekend!!

Roxie: I said, "screw the cleaning for 45 minutes, I'm workout out!" LOL!. But cleaning KILLED me yesterday too! I was DEAD at 8;30pm!

Nora: I'm eager to see what upping your calories and lowering your workout calories does! I bet you end up a lean mean fightng machine!!!! Isn't it nice to have more time to yourself or to do things now with less working out time?

I just finished my workout and this is my one week now done of Chalene Extreme, and I'm lovin' it.

Here's today's workout:

Chalene Extreme-Burn It Off= 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240
wow, that was fun and a sweatfest eventhough it wasn't really a weight workout it was more of a lowerbody using a band around ankles and 1 5lb weight.

Chalene Extreme- Recharge It= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57
Nice stretching sort of yoga styoe felt great!

Turbo Fire- Fire 45 EZ= 47 Min
Met Value= 9.0
Calories burned= 578

Total Calories burned= 875 ok I'm liking that number much better.:)

Belinda- Take care of your back and hip, if you need to take another rest day do it. All that packing is a workout, remember that. Rest and feel better my friend. I see you later posted you did High Reps, that's a goodie huh, great job on your workout, now REST take care of that back and hip.;):cool:

Debbie- Those are some serious weights there girlfriend, WTG. OMG on the leg press station, something tells me you could give the bionic women a run for her money. Most impressive weights, you rocked that workout!;):cool:

Roxie- All that housework cleaning and errands to get stuff for easter dinner is a workout. Just have a great Easter and don't worry about getting a proper workout in this weekend. Take care and relax.;)

Chris- Great job on yesterday's workout of Meso 3 Disc 31 ^^^5's. Wow, and bravo on today's workout of Turbo Fire HiiT15, Kick Max standing leg drills, and then B&G Stability Ball abs. What can I say that sounds like an awesome workout. Be sure to rest tomorrow and relax. Have a great Easter!
