Sorry to be checking in so late. I did finish my workout around 6:30pm west coast time. I took my shower and got sidetracked with other stuff until now.
Here's today's workout: I'm doing Cathe's December '09 Timesaver rotation.
P90X Plyometrics= 58 min
Calories burned= 554
I'm still loving PlyometricsX but have to modify here and there for my knees but its a fun workout and it goes by so fast too! Love the calories burned too!!
Muscle Max…Premix #1 Upper Body Only (42 min)= 42 min
Calories burned= 344
I love Cathe's Muscle Max its always a keeper. It was fun trying out this premix, I think I forget about the premixes half the time and they are pure gold. My total calories burned for today's workout= 898!!! I love that!
Belinda- You are a rock star! What an awesome workout you had today, you're my hero! WTG!!! Hugs!!!!
Debbie- I'm glad your back is feeling better. So cool to read your review on Core Synergistics because I was wondering about that myself. Yes, I'm doing P90X I'm on week two of it. I've noticed that I really feel my abs even when I'm doing Yoga. Man, YogaX gave me DOMS and I didn't do the 90 minutes, I did thirty five minutes of it. I never would have expected that. Hubby still hasn't did disc 1 of P90X yet, but I'm hoping I can get some results he'll notice and get motivated.
Heather- Nice choice with Cardio Fusion and then doing some ab work. I know that will be a great workout and definitely get a good sweat going. I loved your comment about paying me to workout for you guys. ROFLMAO, your too funny, thanks for the compliment though. I'm happy to hear your are really enjoying spin class, that's great you can take advantage of it. You go girl!
Chris- I hope you had a nice run today. It sounds warmer where you are than here in Oregon. I think right now its in the high teen's temps. Brrrr!

Roxie- BM2 Timesaver is a great workout, I hope you had fun. I know I did that one last week and it totally made me sweat buckets. Great job on the workout and hanging in there. You can do it and you'll feel great afterwards, I know I always do and I'm glad that I did workout. Big hugs to you Roxie, for making the commitment to do it!
Wendy- I hope your cold is better today, it sounds like you had a good nights sleep too, that always helps. In the meantime rest and drink lots of fluids and feel better ASAP! Hugs!
