I never got my worout in yesterday:mad: We came home late! Today I will do cardio and a full body workout.

Today I did Disc 23 Legs. I went a little lighter since I'm feeling "heavier"! I also added on the Bonus legs from discs 3,6, & 9. Plus some abs.
Off to Christmas shop with the family.

Hi ladies. Today should have been plyo legs, but I needed DH to spot me for the chest/back disc so I did that one today. I also did the floorwork and abs from B&G.

I have so much to do and nothing is falling into place. I always make and jar spaghetti sauce (family recipe) for Christmas gifts. Didn't get to do that last weekend b/c of migraine. Was going to do today and realized I don't have the canning lids. Another trip to the store. I do hope to at least get up the stinking Christmas tree and decorations though. Why does it feel like there is just never enough time???

Here's today's workout for me:

P90X KenpoX= 56 Minutes
Calories burned= 421

I think this was easier than Cathe by far and although I did sweat my heart rate was hovering around 75-78% of my Max Heart rate in the zone but no where near the 160 or 164 that I heard Tony and others mention. Not sure what that means. I've done kickboxing workouts for about 10 years now and this was good but not great for me at least. It was fun though. I think Cathe's kickbox ones are harder. Good stuff sort of a middle of the road kickbox workout.
