Good morning girls,

Sorry, for not checking in yesterday. Busy day:( I finally finished D34 yesterday. Monday was a rest day, Tuesday we drove to Leesburg, VA got a flat tire, got home late. I will try to get a cardio wo in today.

My back is so sore today!

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is Slide & Glide. I was feeling really good Tuesday but seem to have taken turn for the worse the last 2 days, I hate colds.

Nora-I really liked KCM's Start Here it was just enough of a workout since I hadn't been feeling well. I think you will like this one on the days your MS is acting up.

Belinda-hope your back gets better, how are the sinuses?
 
I did STS Shoulders Biceps and Triceps today and had an ok workout. I'm totally burned out with STS and I'm thinking this is it. My right knee is hurting and I don't want to do the leg workout tomorrow in fear of irritating it. If by chance it feels 100% by tomorrow, I'll do the leg workout.

Done in tri-set form with 30 seconds to 1 minute break between each exercise. I played my own music and just watched Cathe on the screen so I could do the correct rest times.

3 sets/8 reps

Standing Barbell Front Press - 52#
Barbell Curls - 55#
Flat Bench Tricep Extensions - 17's

Seated Lateral Raise - 13's
Incline Curls on Stability Bal - 25's
Double Arm Seated Overhead Extension - 35#
***Double Arm was suppose to be single arm. Didn't have time to keep doing single arm exercises.

Seated Rear Delt Flyes - 17's
Seated Concentration Curls - 25#
Close Grip Bench Press - 70#
***Close Grip Bench was suppose to be Cross Body Extensions. I wanted a building exercise, not a shaping one here.

I just finished my workout for today, still alot of pain but I got through it.

Here's today's workout:

LIS-Slide and Glide= 52 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 500

Ab Hits #10 CTX LL= 9 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 61

Total calories burned= 561

Hi girls!

I had company today, so was busy. I squeezed in Slide N Glide Express Cardio Premix though. (31 minutes). I'm not so sure I could have even done the strength part. I have DOMS pretty much everywhere from Total Body Trisets. Even the sliding cardio was a little hard on my lower end!

Belinda: Seems like you've been doing STS for FOREVER! Still loving it?

Debbie: I can see where you'd get tired of STS. I'd like to try that Pyramid Rotation, but I think I'd be kind of tired of it before too long.

Roxie: Sorry you're feeling shitty. That's cool Kelley posts rotations too. I really want these , but I should have pre ordered. Now they're $20 each. Yikes!

Nora: Nice job on Slide N glide today!!!! That's not easy!

I did order some new workouts which are on their way. Kelley's Train Like A Contender. Plus an older Michelle Dozios, but it looks SO much like the Peak Fit style of workouts (it was $5.99) and an older one by Jillian Michaels for $2.99. It's a step circuit kind of workout, the preview looked fun!

I did iTread Set 2, 60 min this morning. Burned 620 cal, ran over 5 miles.
Tomorrow we are closing on the house, yeah!!! I don't think I will get us started or get a workout in.
 
Nora - sorry, you still not feeling any better. Good job, on S&G, girl! Kelly posts rotations?

Tonite I did Slide & Glide but not all the burpees and pushups slept on my wrist wrong so it couldn't take my wt. and my triceps have doms from last nights workout. This was the first time I was able to do the ab work and it felt awesome.

Belinda-yes Kelly posts rotations they are 8 week rotations with a bonus week.

Nora-please take it easy.

Hi girls!;)

I'm back for personals. I'm sort of feeling like I need to rest because of the pain I've been battling, and tomorrow I have bills to pay and errands to run to accomplish that. I think I might have to call December's rotation done for me. I feel like a quiter but I need to rest definitely tomorrow and I don't know given my MS issues of late if I can jump back in Saturday with Body Max 2, I love Body Max 2, its a fave but not sure if I'm going to be up to it. Oh well. I did get all three of KCM's new workouts 30 min to Fitness: Step Boxing, Start Here ( for recovery week and soreness), and Your Best Body. I kind of antsy to try those out starting Monday, so I'll likely kind of freelance it with no rotation. I'm totally loving the looks of Les Mills Pump from beachbody, that looks awesome and is low or no impact and the music is huge with the fun factor. I so want to get that one.

Roxie- Yay! for you doing LIS SLide and Glide today. I hear ya on all those burpees and variation of pushups, I can't do all of the reps with cathe and crew either. So, I do what I can on that given day. It usually kills my wrists so that's an issue. I gotta say Pikes with the discs is way easier than on the ball I guess its easier on my balance. Yes the ab work is nice mixed in the workout so you get it with out a separate ab section. Its nice and I like the lower impact. Great job today on S&G!!! WTG!!!;):)

Belinda- Nice job on your killer iTread 2 60 min five mile run!!! WTG girlfriend that is awesome. I envy you right now I could not run two miles right now. I have trouble walking because of balance issues and running I don't think I could handle the impact and back pain. I do want to get back to being able to run on my TM but right now it seems like its something to aspire too. Awesome job on your workout today ^^^5's:) Yes, Kelly does post rotations on her home page so definitely check it out. If you got any of KCM's new offerings let me know what you think. I hope your feeling better ((Cyber Hugs)) ;)

Chris- Congrats on getting Slide and Glide done today, even the express is a great workout, so you can't go wrong and get alot of workout with a punch or should I say gliding disc,:p Wow, where did you get such a killer deal on KCM's TLC, I have that one and warning.... Its addictive and I love it its a great workout and so much fun to do, love it! I'm sure you'll love it too and the premixes are super as well. No doubt your still sporting DOMS from Total body trisets- total body premix. I'm still stunned you did that, wow and I didn't even notice that on the premixes. I guess I've been preoccupied lately, sorry about that. Great job today!!!:);)

Debbie- Wow, on your workout today STS Shoulders Biceps and Triceps! I mean the weights you use are incredible I so want to be able to do that. Your awesome and such a great inspiration, you go girlfriend!!!! ^^^5's:);):cool:
