I am taking a rest day:confused: I am to tried to work out today, got up at 5 am, didn't sleep much.

Good Morning,

DH came home yesterday and for some reason I still couldn't sleep very well so I have a headache today and my upper body hurts so today will be a stretch day. I have to finish my christmas shopping and start buying groceries for christmas dinner.
 
Hi ladies. This morning I did chest and shoulders using exercises from Slow & Heavy, but without the DVD. I also did one of the SB premixes and abs from SJP. It's going to be another long day for me. Trying to catch up on chores, cook and jar the spaghetti sauce I didn't get to last weekend, plus make bread. Lots going on!

Hi girls!;)

This is my mini leg workout to add on to my P90X rotation. I wasn't have enough time to add it in on to P90X Legs and back workout so I added it to Sunday.

Here's today's workout:

Legs & Glutes-Standing only Premix= 39 Minutes
Calories burned= 319
Phew! That was a good burn.

Belinda- Great job on yesterday's workout! I think CCV3 is my favorite one. That is a nice fun one to do. I just love Cardio Coach and I like having it to mix up whatever workout I'm doing. I can use it doing a 10-20 minute segement of it as a great warm up for another workout or just do all of it either way its a keeper. I love Cardio Coach, its awesome! Have fun;)

Roxie- This a great reason to have a nice gentle stretch workout. Plus its a great way to relax and get rid of the stress. I'd suggest later a nice warm bath to relax maybe add a little epsom salts. Anyways, you be good to youself and take care. ;)

Heather- Nice job on your workout! I hope your able to get everything accomplished you wish to this weekend. Take it easy and relax.;)
