Hi girls!
Well, I did my workout today and I loved every minute of them.
Here's today's workout:
P90X KenpoX= 56 Min
Calories burned= 535
I wore llb. weighted gloves when doing this one. I love this workout its so much fun and I always feel energized afterwards. Its not the hardest Kickbox workout but its fun and a keeper.
GS Back, Shoulders, and Bi's= Back Only= 19 Minutes
Calories burned= 156
Reverse grip dumbell rows= 20#'s, not sure how many reps because I didn't count but did all the reps cathe did maybe 12 to 15 per set total of 3 sets. One arm row dumbell #25's approx. reps 12 to 15 per set for three sets on each side. Barbell Pullovers #25 3 sets 12 reps. T-band burners, oh yeah didn't count reps just kept up with Cathe. This was a short back workout but man did it feel great!
Total calories burned from today's workout= 691

Chris- I know what ya mean about Lindt chocolate balls, aren't just evil! Chocolate I swear its my weakness, but oh man do I love it. I try to not indulge but there are times its essential to my sanity.

Wow, I hope that you get to enjoy a little snow but nothing to cause major driving safety issues. I'm sure your kids would love to have fun in the snow. I hope you have an awesome step workout of your choosing. Cathe's old ones are just as effective as ever and will kick your butt I know they sure kick mine.

Thanks for your kind compliments, I always try to give it my all. Now of course my all can vary from day to day, but hey I think we're all in that boat to some degree.
Heather- Nice picture! Love the dress, and the biceps flex. That's right girl, you be proud of those muscles you worked hard for them and you look great! Its a good idea to take today off if your legs are super sore. Maybe a nice warm bath and a couple of advil and glass of wine might help. I hope your legs recover and are back to workout ready order shortly. Great job on your workout and spin class work, its so great that you've discovered spin class. Roxie- Great job on tweaking your workout so you still get it in there but made it fit your time constraints. Bravo on doing SJP step only and MM upper body only. Those are both excellent choices and great workouts. Your doing so great, keep up the great job. You Rock!!
Ok girls, that's it for me today. I'll be checking in tomorrow because I added Legs & Glutes to do it then. I didn't feel I got enough leg workout in with P90X so I'm compensating for it. Not sure if I'll do the whole Legs and Glutes= 51Minutes worth or just do a premix- Legs & Glutes Standing only= 39 min. I'll see how I feel tomorrow how much I want to do. Well, I'm off to shower so have a great evening girls!
