I feel better this morning, no nausea, my head is still a bit foggy. I tried to do some cardio. Tried the blast only premix from Low Max. I did the warm up,... did "ok", did first blast, "ok, a little dizzy", blast #2, "oh I feel like puking". I stopped, cooled down, did the stretch from LM, and then did 20 minutes of Yoga Flex from Kathy Smith's Project You.
I am going to work tonight, though. Lightheaded or not. I feel crappy I couldn't go last night. Pissed at myself, really. Why can't I get the ickies during the week, when I'm NOT supposed to work??

. I ordered the fixit scratch thingie from the infomercial. You know how they said it was $19.95 + shipping and handling? Well the damn website had me on there for 15 minutes refusing offer after additional offer. In the end, I ended up paying $53 for the freakin thing!! Because the S&H was HUGE! I'm so annoyed at that. And I never got a confirmation email for it either. Probably got swindled. BUT, it was one of the FEW things that Greg wanted for Christmas. *sigh*

Heather: I think it would be good to do Full Body weight work , to shake it up a little bit! It would be good for you!!! A month of it wouldn't hurt! And then go back to the splits.
