Hi ladies. Sitting here watching Food Network debating on my workout. I think I'll do about 30 mins of SB and prob abs from SJP. I just feel like I need a bit of cardio. Terrible eats over the weekend. Too much cheese dip! I want to do weights, but really don't have any plan now. May try the PUB/PLB bonus. I've never done that one. It's either that or PH. It's been a really long time since I've done a full body workout though. I've been splitting everything up for so long, I have it in my head that the full bodies won't be as good of workouts. Stupid mind...LOL.

Nora, maybe just wait and do Cathe's Dec. rotation later?
 
Good Morning,

I am going to start my day with a stretch after shovelling yesterday my lower back and abs are killing me, she had a foot of snow. Later I want to do LIC cardio only and when DH leaves I will do B&Gs leg blast.
 
I feel better this morning, no nausea, my head is still a bit foggy. I tried to do some cardio. Tried the blast only premix from Low Max. I did the warm up,... did "ok", did first blast, "ok, a little dizzy", blast #2, "oh I feel like puking". I stopped, cooled down, did the stretch from LM, and then did 20 minutes of Yoga Flex from Kathy Smith's Project You.

I am going to work tonight, though. Lightheaded or not. I feel crappy I couldn't go last night. Pissed at myself, really. Why can't I get the ickies during the week, when I'm NOT supposed to work??

Another thing that makes me :mad: . I ordered the fixit scratch thingie from the infomercial. You know how they said it was $19.95 + shipping and handling? Well the damn website had me on there for 15 minutes refusing offer after additional offer. In the end, I ended up paying $53 for the freakin thing!! Because the S&H was HUGE! I'm so annoyed at that. And I never got a confirmation email for it either. Probably got swindled. BUT, it was one of the FEW things that Greg wanted for Christmas. *sigh*

Anyways, enjoy your workouts , rest day , stretching today, girls!!! Whatever you decide to do!

Heather: I think it would be good to do Full Body weight work , to shake it up a little bit! It would be good for you!!! A month of it wouldn't hurt! And then go back to the splits.

Roxie: Hope you have a good stretch planned for today.

I did the PUB/PLB bonus workout. It was really pretty good actually. I did go quite a bit heavier than Cathe suggested for all the reps b/c I knew that it was only half the pyramid cycle. I think that's the key. So I felt like I got a good workout! YEAH.

I have a million things to do today, more spaghetti sauce and jarring, making dough for cookies that my sis and i will bake off next weekend. Need to get going on Christmas cards and start some wrapping.

I managed to do SM #1 and LIC but didn't get B&G done. Girls I am alittle nervous this is DHs first trip out of town since he quit smoking and he has a 3 hour drive and several days in a motel room by himself.

50 cals burned.

LIC Stats:
51 min
42 in the zone
15 min hr
185 max hr
403 cals burned.

Youngest DD called just after I finished the stretch and was ready to start the step work some how she always does that.

I've decided to not continue Cathe's December rotation since I'm also doing P90X and doing both might be a bit overkill. So, on the wisdom and advice of others I'll just continue doing P90X.

Here's today's workout:

P90X Legs & Back= 59 Min
Calories burned= 483
I like this but there isn't alot of weight work in it. I'm kind of spoiled after doing Cathe's weight workouts I expected more, but I remedied this.


Butts & Guts - Floor work only no abs= 20 Min
Calories burned= 109

I felt adding this balanced out the leg work better for me. You know me I like a challenging leg workout. :p

That's it for me today girls. Normally I would rest today, but I flubbed up on my workout schedule earlier in the week and missed doing P90X Legs & Back so I had to make up for it today. I hope everyone has a great Sunday and I'll seeya at tomorrow's check in.

Hi girls -

I just realized I never got a chance to post my workout...
Today I did Kenpo X. I do really like this workout. Gets my HR up there and there is NO impact - so easy on the joints. Well, except for his "breaks".
Chris - why do we always feel guilty calling in sick for work?! Take care of yourself and get your rest tomorrow.
Nice work on the full body Pyramids, Heather. I'm looking forward to revisiting some of those after STS. You're so good...making sauce, getting your dough ready..look at you!
Nora, I'm glad you scaled back a bit. No sense in getting yourself run down. I hope the one workout plan works wonders for you! Have you done the Kenpo yet?
Roxie, nice job with your workout, too. It seems there are ALWAYS distractions! Don't worry about your husband, just wish him luck. It'll be tough for him, too.
