Hi and good morning,

I will do cardio today.

Today was total body and I chose Push/Pull. I woke up with a bad headache and had High Reps scheduled but didn't think I could get through it. Push/Pull is a short workout so I did that one instead. I skipped the ab section and did the Abs from High Reps. I like those abs, the ones in PP aren't that tough.

Ended up having a good workout and my head feels better now.

Tonite for me is LM but I am hoping DH and I go for a bike ride since the temps are cooler.

Debbie-good job getting those abs worked even with a headache. I have major DOMs from yesterdays workout.

I forgot to post my workouts this morning:confused: I did Hiit PDW and Amy Bento 10 min solution "Hot Body Boot Camp" the cardio part was to short, liked it! the Ab assault was awesome, loved it! Calorie blasting drills, was great... and the better body stretch was different, loved it. Need to pull that one out more often. The only complain I have with this DVD is, she gave you a warm up and a cool down with every segment. That wasn't nessesary, IMO!

Nora - I'm so sorry to hear you fell in the shower yesterday. I hope you are ok today but please take the time to heal. Your workouts will be there tomorrow or the day after. I'm sorry you are going through this. :( Sending more hugs your way.

Hi Girls! :)

Today I broke out a Turbo Fire for a change instead of the Peak Fit Pure Cardio. I just really "craved" a turbo fire! I did 45. FUN workout! As I knew it would be! And instead of Peak Fit's Core, i did TF: Core 20.

Nora: I'm so sorry you are hurting so bad!!! :( Makes me sad to think of you like that. Please take the time to heal, ok?
 
Nora-sorry to hear about your fall it sounds like its time to give that body a rest and start to heal. We all know you are a machine when it comes to workouts but some times we just need to rest.

Thanks for the hugs and well wishes. I think I'll just try to rehab and rest this week. I will see how I feel come Monday. If ok, then I'll attempt week 3 of PeakFit Challenge. I have been battling some muscle issues in right glute and hamstring for nearly two and a half months now and its been hell trying to workout. It seems that PeakFit uses moves that stress where I'm hurting already, ugh! It bums me because I do want to finish peakfit but not sure if I can with this problem. We'll see how it goes I just don't want to make it worse than it is. Falling in the shower Sunday didn't help any again injuring right hamstring not fun.

So once again no workout to report girls, sorry.:(
