Let me first just say, I'm not worthy after seeing your workouts for today. WTG!!!!

Here's my workout for today:

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred= 28 mintues
Calories burned= 306

Power Hour=60 minutes
Calories burned= 573

Ok I'm feeling it today, ouch! Definitely, time to relax and call it a day. Great job today ladies, have a relaxing evening.
