Hi girls, I hope you're enjoying your rest day.
I was having a hard time working out last week, so now I'm sort of making up for it.
Yesterday I did Step & Intervals from CTX - loved it. I also did med ball abs from AC. Today I did Kickbox from CTX - loved it. I have not tried one of her CTX workouts with hi/lo...I'd hate to quickly ruin my new love affair with CTX.
With my stomach pains, I also walked...slow, I mean 3.0mph ....on the TM yesterday for 75 minutes. Oddly, my stomach felt better while I did that...hm?
I'm feeling better today. Less severe pains for less duration. But I enjoyed that slow walk yesterday so much, I'm going to go do it some more! So I'm headed upstairs to walk and watch some news.
My oldest DD and I made cookie ice cream sandwiches and some friends are coming over in a little while to share them. So, I'd better get on the TM!
