Haven't decided what workout I am doing today. I am mad at myself because I didn't sleep in this morning, isn't that what you are suppose to do on your day off?

thanks for asking, I feeling much better, I did a lot of stretching the last few days. That's sucks, you can't sleep on your day off. Maybe you will get a nap in later? I don't sleep much either, i always wake up eary:rolleyes: Have fun with your workout today.
 
Hey Everyone!

Scheduled today should be Powermax. I'm not really "feeling it". I think I may just do CleanMax instead. I think with 2 Plyo Legs this week, I had enough cardio. Plus I wanted to see if I didn't do something today if I'll be less "cravey/hungry" this afternoon.

I'm trying to work out a rotation for the next few weeks w/ 4DS and then planning on starting STS again!

It's very rainy and dreary here today. I pray my boys aren't as crazy as they were yesterday...I was ready for the psych ward last night!!

Belinda: AWESOME calorie burn today!!!! Glad you're feeling better. My legs are sore from Plyo yesterday. Maybe I will try to find a time to at least stretch today...

Roxie: Ugh! SOrry you didnt' get to sleep in!!! I did, well sort of, until 7:15. that , sadly enough , *IS* sleeping in for me. Starting next week the boys are back in school and I'll be up at 6am every day. NOT looking forward to that!

Well, that makes 3 of us. However 430a is later than 345a, so technically I DID sleep in!

I decided on 4ds LIS step only.

Stats:
37 min
31 in the zone
154 min hr
184 max hr
286 cals burned.

Chris-that is to funny I was thinking about doing some kind of 4ds rotation to. I managed to make it until 7:30 but it wasn't good sleep, I am usually up at 7:00 everyday.
 
Well, got on the scale and I'm down to 133.8#. I lost about .6# from last week eating comfortably. I'm glad to see a drop although I was hoping it would be a bit more. I feel so much lighter today for some reason.

Today was cardio. I felt REALLY good this morning and full of energy. I chose Kick, Punch and Crunch and then I did the arm drills from Cardio Kicks. Love that section of that workout.

I like KP&C but the first 20 minutes is so boring and slow. I'm actually shocked Cathe did a workout like this. Usually all her workouts are such high in intensity. Even after you get into the meat of this program, its not really all that demanding. I gave it my all, too, and wore my 1# hand weights.

My HRM was acting up. I gotta remember to change the battery. I'm hoping that's the problem. If it isn't, then it's the humidity. It keeps going to my touch screen and losing my HR. Kind of frustrating.

HR STATS:
1 hr. 5 minutes total
12 minutes below zone
23 minutes in zone
22 minutes above zone
445 calories burned
but I know it was more.

If you add up those numbers, it only read 57 minutes of the workout. Each time it went to the touch screen it would lose my HR information. Weird.
 
Chris-I am actually trying to come up with a compilation of workouts that are 30 min or less. I noticed the wt. work in 4ds is around this time frame. I am expecting my Kelly Coffey Meyers any day now and they are all 30 min workouts I tend to do better with shorter workouts.
 
Hi everyone. Looks like you guys are all off to a great start (as usual). I did Imax 2 and disc 13 from STS (shoulders, chest, triceps). Holy cow, my arms are just twitching like crazy! I was very pleased that I did not have to drop down in weights. I have been feeling like I was losing strength gains since STS ended. Maybe it's not as bad as I had thought!!

Now it's time to get busy running those fun errands I've been putting off.

Wow~ Impressive workouts today, WTG!!!:D

Here's my workout today:

Cardio Coach Volume 1= 39 min.
Distance= 3.09 miles
BPM AVG= 152
Calories burned=485

Volume 1 is actually 35 minutes long but I jogged through coaches notes to keep the calories burn,distance, and calorie burn up there. Then I did Cardio Coach Volume 3 stretch.

wup/steady state bpm=142
challenge 1 bpms= 139, 139,147,147= 77% to 83% of my max heart rate.
SS /R= 145
Challenge 2= 154,155,157= 86% to 89% of my MHR.
Challenge 3=156 bpm=88% of MHR
Cool down=151,121


Ab Circuits-Pilates Inspired Abs= 19 Min.
Calories burned= 117

That's it for me today, now off to shower. Tomorrow is a rest day for me. Yeah! I just finished Cathe's August '09 rotation and its a goody:eek:
