I did my workout for today and finished up around 6:30 pm my time. I had a late start so that's not too awful.

Calories burned= 383
I love Turbo Fire its so much fun it makes you want to join in on the fun.
PeakFit Challenge- Pure Strength 2= 55 Min
Met Value= 7.50
Calories burned= 563
This is the beginning of week 4 of PeakFit Challenge for me, its fun and its a challenge a fun circuit style of training.
Chalean Extreme- Ab Burner= 10 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 68
