Hey everyone!!

I changed up today's workout a bit, instead of RS, I did 5 intervals from HE, Hi/Lo Intervals (IM3 and LOWMAX combination). It was good! I only did 5, because I wanted a good stretch too, which I did. TBS #2 w/the ball. Ah! Felt good. I had FF'd the HE workout, and was shocked to see after intervals from IM3/LM, she does KM BLASTS!!! Holy COW! Has anyone done this entire workout before w/ the blasts at the end???

Nora: Good workout yesterday and WOOHOO on going heavier than Cathe!! I did on maybe one or 2. NO DOMS in my lower body today, unless the soreness I felt doing 15 REPEATERS in LM interval counts! It's weird. I got very little DOMS from S&H this week, and I really felt that I pushed myself. Oh well.... Next week STS MESO 3, are you ready???

Roxie: Good for you for gettting a workout in last night!! Your eats really did suck, but if you're eating good most of the time, one "off" day is ok.

It's "Saturday" for me, getting ready for a working weekend...again! The week flies by, doesn't it? (well, maybe not for everyone who works all week, I guess....)

Sometime today will be the final time I do Ramp it Up and then I get to move on. Plans for today laundrymax, groceryshoppingmax, and cleanmax. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Chris-I ended the day with 600 cals to spare.
 
Hi ladies. I did one of the premixes from SB then chest and back from PS. Man oh man, she just flies through those reps. I pretty much did the workout on my own and slowed the reps down so I could really increase my weights. I also did weights/plates abs. Going to run some errands, do a few mandatory chores, be lazy in my pool!

Chris - that is one of my favorite workouts. I love the mixing of the 2 different workouts. Keeps it from being boring. And yes, I've done the whole thing. Those drills at the very end really kick your butt (literally) and boost your HR!! Most of the time I run out of time to complete it but try to do the first 3 or 4 drills (usually stopping at the plie jump things...).

Roxie - i made homemade pizza last night so can I share some of my calories with you??? LOL!! Actually, it was yummy and I don't regret one single bite! :p

Hi girls,

No workout for me today. I woke up with a bad sinus headache. Then DH and I went shopping which helped my headache :eek:Our PX had a huge sale. I spent $ 199 , but saved 240:eek::p. DH said, if we wouldn't gone shopping today we would have saved $199:rolleyes::eek::p

Karen, enjoy your vacation and have a safe trip! Going on vacation are always stressful. Nice job yesterday on S&H Legs and Shoulders + BM2 abs.

Chris, awesome job yesterday on S&H legs/shoulders + ab workout. How are you boys doing with the humidity? I’ll bet they happy to come home, lol. WTG, on your workout this morning. I love that one! Nice mix of workouts, very fun!

Debbie, WTG on disc 10 yesterday. For some reason some discs I have to pause more often, not sure why? Remember, you always can add those push ups in Meso 2, LOL! I know, I am not gonna miss them, lol! What are your plans for your recovery week? Glad to hear your knee is doing better.

Rockie, glad you still got your workout yesterday. Nice job! You need to eat more, girl! I had cake yesterday and today, I can share some of my calories with you too??? LOL!

Nora, wow on your late workout yesterday that’s dedication. Nice job on S&H legs/shoulder workout + Ab Circuits Med ball. ^^^5’s on going heavier than Cathe.

Heather, which premix did you do from SB? I love the premixes. Nice job on your step workout/PS chest and back.

Belinda - It was the premix doing combos 1 & 2 plus the challenges. About 40 mins not including cool down. Hope your head is better.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday and a great workout for today~;)

Here's today's workout for me:

Rhythmic Step= 60 Minutes
Calories burned=614

I tried but on 5.5 hrs sleep and hot temps here I couldn't really put my best effort in which is dissappointing.

STS Ab Circuits- Stability Ball Abs=20 Minutes
Calories burned= 123

Chris- Thanks! It was a challenging workout yesterday. Today, I didn't feel great, just too exhausted from lack of sleep so I wasn't able to really be focused and give 100% as usual to my workouts. I did do the best I could considering 5.5 hrs sleep and the hot temps here today, that does effect me when I workout all that doesn't play nice with MS. Oh well, I did what I could I'm just a little bummed when I don't do as well as I'd like in a workout, but hey I got it done! P.S. Do you know which STS Discs we're supposed to do next week? The descriptions don't match up with Meso 1 week 1 workouts so I'm confused:( (Could you please PM me if you know the disc#;'s for STS Meso 1 next week we're supposed to do? I'd very much appreciate it!;) Thanks in advance!!!:D:))

Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I'll be back Monday.
