Tonite for me is cardio and I think I will do KCMs Plyo Blast to shake things up a bit. Its still raining here so I can't go for a walk and I am really missing those.

Debbie-I know I don't have to preach to you the importance of eating take time for yourself. Don't let stress get the best of you.

Today I'm back to Meso 1, Week 2, Back & Triceps! Good workout!! Got in there good and TONS of variety. I really like going back and forth between the Mesos!

Roxie: I know, I'm missing my walks with Buddy too. I'm getting depressed, the sun hasn't been out in almost an entire week. KCM workouts are sounding great!

Debbie: I guess it goes to prove the truth: Diet is 99.9%. Seriously. It's hard not to look at working out as getting toned up though. But it's both. Hope your stressful week is done and gone!!

Nora: YES! 11 drills! you must try HiiT 30 soon! I love that you can add on HiiT 15 to anything. So quick and gets ya good! Great workouts yesterday. I bet that Ab Burner from CLX is a goodie! I will def. let you know when I do the Burn Circuit. Hard to fit it in with STS right now. MAYBE next Friday if I can jam all my weight work in beginning of next week. I really WANT to try it!

I had a crazy with only 4 hours sleep and I just finished my workout and will be heading for my first and only shower today. Lack of sleep really makes my MS symptoms amplified about 100 Times, not fun.
