Cranberry salsa chicken

I made this great recipe from a quick cooking light book yesterday and I wanted to share. The seasonings together are really nice!

1 lb chicken breasts (we cut up into bite size pieces)
1 cup dried cranberries
16 oz. chunky salsa
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp Honey
2 cloves minced garlic
toasted almonds
2 cups couscous

Sautee chicken (you can use cooking spray) until brown on both sides. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl (aside from almonds) and pour over chicken. Toast almonds and mix into chicken mixture. Simmer for 10-15 min and serve over couscous. YUM!
