"Crack the Fat Loss Code" opinions

Hi gals,

I bought the books "Crack the Fat Loss Code" and "Conquer Your Metabolism". I read through them somewhat quickly and it seems pretty complicated to follow.

Has anybody read these books, tried the program? Did I just read through them too quickly? If you have used the program, how were your results?

i bought it too and felt the same as you which is why i didn't do it. i can't do complicated diets as they make me obsess about food. for me, cracking the fat loss code is eating healthy and not going over my caloric allotment as well as a good workout most days of the week. i'm breaking free from all of these complicated diet rules and just staying with cals in vs. cals out but keep it healthy 80% of the time.

Thanks for the confirmation!! It sounded good and effective in theory, but I'm with you. I don't want to spend all my time obsessing over how and when to eat. I re-read a couple of the chapters thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, it's still ridiculously complicated!

Have a super Thurday!! The weather people are calling it Brrrrrsday here since it got down to 11 below last night (with windchill) and will be even colder today/tonight!!
