Couple Questions?

I just started with cathe's workouts about 3 weeks ago( i have been doing step for years)I realized after viewing her website her gym is only 30 min. from my house. Does anyone here go to her classes on a weekly basis? If so is it hard to find a spot? I have off aug.23-28 and I want to go to one of her classes-just a bit frightened.
Also, what I am new to with Cathe is her weight training videos-just did Power hour today and I am starting to feel it now.Question is what does DOMS mean? Because I think I had it for 4 days after doing leaner legs(What a KILLER!!!!!!)Thanks!!
 
Welcome to Cathe-land! I don't live near her gym, so I will let someone else answer that part (although I know that there are some on this forum who do attend her classes). But I can tell you that DOMS stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, and yes, you could have had that for 4 days after Leaner Legs. That one (affectionately known here as Meaner Legs) is a killer, especially if you are not used to it. Good luck!
