Couple of thing: Cathe shirts & cleaning sprays

Hello! I have 2 unrelated questions:

1. What is a good spray to use to disinfect my equipment (balls, benches, mats)?

2. Have you ordered any of Cathe's t-shirts? If so, what do you think? How do the sizes fit?

You could wipe down your equipment with white vinegar diluted in water. If you don't like the odor, add a few drops of lavender oil (which also has some disinfectant properties).

Do you mean the Cathe t-shirt with "Cathe" written on one side of the chest? If so, they run fairly small.
