Hello,
Does anyone know if the Fit TV version of Coremax is the same as Cathe's version of Coremax? I saw it tonight at the Discovery store and it did say it had 3 20 minutes Core workouts with 1 floor, one ball and one med ball/stability ball workout. It sounds the same as the Cathe.com version. I need to buy one for a friend. Has anyone seen them both? comments?
