Core workouts during pregnancy

I posted this in the Pregnancy/Post-Partum forum as well....

Can anyone suggest a core workout that is targeted to pregnancy? I have a 2-finger split in my abs from DS and am 14 weeks pregnant with baby #2 (DS is 11mo old). My abs never came back in like I wanted (the muscles stuck out). I've read that traditional crunches and anything that has both lower body and shoulders off the floor can worsen the split. .

Any suggestions for challenging pregnancy ab workouts that won't worsen a split or continue pushing my abs out (well, any further than the baby would! :) )
