Core work

I know that I need to stop doing a lot of my cathe ab workouts, due to being in my 4th month and needing to stay off my back. Does anyone have recommendations for pregnancy core workouts? I enjoy using the stability ball, but I'm open to exploring all other options as well.

Lisa, I've been meaning to call Collage and ask them which DVDs they recommend for standing ab work/Pilates/anything!! I'm in the same boat as you. I miss working my abs and modifying like crazy stinks!:) I'll let you know what I come up with!
 
Thanks for your help, Kate. Hopefully, there is something "pregnancy challenging" out there for all of us are used to the intensity of Cathe's core work.
