Core Secrets

I had a Target gift card and used it to buy a Core Secrets DVD yesterday -- it's not opened yet.

I bought Ab Assault/Full Body Challenge. Since I've never done Core Secrets I thought I'd get some input from my Cathe-buds.

What do you all think of Core Secrets?

I have just bought them too. I have not had a chance to preview them to see what they are like yet. Sorry no help from me.
