love it..love it..love it...When I first became serious about fitness I used Core Max 2 times a week (along with Kari Anderson's Curl twice a week) and got GREAT results...After a c-section, you can actually see definition in my abs..especially with my obliques I now use Core Max at least once a week (along with other Cathe abs) to keep in shape. And I have a much flatter tummy then I used to ;-)
