Core is strong then anything goes...

Mixing in Core Max with other workouts I find is so beneficial. Did Core Max#1 this morning and then PLB. Finding that when it comes to doing the shoulder work (flyes and front raises), my core is so much stronger and I am not messing up my form by hunching or rocking with 8lbs. This will help me reach my goals so much faster now...so when core is strong then anything goes! Note: I do the Core Maxes now every other day. I use to think that everyday was best, but getting faster results when letting body rest inbetween.
Once again, I am just amazed at how much Cathe's workouts have done for me!

That's great Charlotte! You've encourgaed me to get back to Core Max. My ABS and every other muscle in my body have taken a break from my Cathe workouts. I can't wait to get back at it! (I am sore from lifting boxes and trucking up & down my steep basement steps though!)

Charlotte,
I sooooo agree. I have slacked on my core lately x( Mainly because I've been focusing on lifting heavy and the gymstyles don't have core at the end so I just talk myself right out of putting in core max or other core wo. I've been averaging 1-2 core wo per week. I notice my pushups suffer and as you said other form suffers. I have made it a goal to at least do three cores a week for now. Next I need to up my cardio. Thanks for your post because it reaffirms what I already Knew- engage your core and train it well!!!
