Morning Coolers,
Saturday was 10 Min. Solutions Knockout Body with weighted gloves. Even though this is an intermediate workout I really do enjoy it. Sunday I did nothing, just felt like watching all the football games on TV. This morning was P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps along with Ab Ripper X.
Kim, Tonique is a lower body workout with endless squats and lunges, but it keeps the heart rate up while working out. She also uses really light weights, and does things for shoulders and biceps during the workout. It is tough, but could get boring if done more than once a week.
Patricia, Circuit workouts are probably a good option for after this rotation. Hopefully Cathe will put out a new rotation to go along with the workouts. Maybe that would be an option, they should be going out soon I would think.
