Yesterday was S90 Cardio Challenge, and this morning was Chest & Back.
Patricia, I would recommend the S90 workouts for you summer rotation. It would be very easy to use them at your cabin, because all they require is you, a stability ball and weights (I use dumbells between 5-25lbs). Wow you are over half way done with this rotation, sure seems to have gone fast.
Kim, Glad you are enjoying the spring break. So she wanted blue hair, one can sometimes never understand what goes through our childrens minds sometimes. LOL Do you serve different things at these parties so that you can enjoy some variety?
