I'm recently new here, but I've seen a few postings referencing recipes and such. I know clean eating is a big part of being healthy, and I know most people can only take plain baked chicken for so long. I would like to recommend a spice store. I live about 30 mins or so away from a Penzey's spices and they have some of the most wonderful, tasty mixes. Alot of them are salt-free, too. I personally love their cinnamon. Their stores aren't all over, but you all may want to check out there website. www.penzeys.com I do hope I'm not breaking any rules by recommending them, just wanted to point them out as I have always found tasty goodness there. Makes everything healthy taste so much better. I've also seen refs to a Cathe cookbook. Has anyone ever compiled the the recipes into a printable or buyable version? If so, where can I find it (I hope that isn't a stupid question?) Always looking for tasty good for me things. The problems I run into is that I eat everything, while DH is fussy and DS seems to take after him. Nothing with lumps (tomatoes, etc) onions, peppers, lots of garlic - all the tasty stuff. So I run into problems cooking things that have taste and are healthy all at the same time. Now, don't me wrong, I can cook, I just have fussy eaters. I love to cook, but it's hard matching up tasty, healthy, fussy, and not boring!!
