Cooking with a pressure cooker?

Does anyone here do this? I've recently begun trying some recipes with my pressure cooker and they've all turned out super great. Just now I threw in some potatoes, collard greens, olive oil and garlic in mine for lunch. It turns out so yummy!

Does anyone else have any recipes to add?????:7

I don't think you can screw up a slow cooker recipie.

I just made pulled chicken with BBQ sauce.

Chicken breast with BBQ sauce 8 hours it pulls apart very easily and serve it with rice or buns.

Yep, I always cook my potatoes in the pressure cooker. Makes awesome mashed potatoes! No other recipes, that's about all I use it for!

I Love, Love, Love my pressure cooker! I use it for rice quite a bit. Another great use is to speed up making beans. I also love to make soups in it. My chicken vegetable soup is so tasty. I don't usually follow recipes though, sorry, I just start throwing stuff in there

I have never made mashed potatoes though, as someone else suggested. Sounds great!
