i'm kinda confused on the rotation of exercises that i should do from week to week and i do bodypump twice a week but how i fill in the gaps with other activities? i work out with your shows on fit tv your the best!:eek:

I suggest you also post this question in the "open discussion" forum, where you can get a lot of feedback from other forum members who have experience with setting up rotations. Also, please mention in that post what workouts you have, so we can set up some rotation ideas that will work for you.
